I love quilts, especially antique quilts, either applique or pieced, and I want to share my journeys in quilting ! But, my "Threads and Treasures" sometimes include embroidery, painting, or spinning wool and weaving.
It is great that you are visiting, and I hope you feel at home here. I would love it if you left a comment.

These squirrels look a lot friendlier than the vultures on the original block.
They had hidden some acorns, and it is amazing that they found them again! This will keep them amused, and they certainly won't disturb the birds in the quilt.
But in the last block there is someone who will not leave the birds alone - a cat! There is also a dog that looks as if it should lose some weight. So what do I do with them? Of course I'll change them.......! I have put some fabrics there to make you curious.......perhaps you can guess already...?

"But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the LORD hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind." Job 12:7-10
