I love quilts, especially antique quilts, either applique or pieced, and I want to share my journeys in quilting ! But, my "Threads and Treasures" sometimes include embroidery, painting, or spinning wool and weaving.
It is great that you are visiting, and I hope you feel at home here. I would love it if you left a comment.

Here they are, on their toes, so that the beautiful dresses stay in shape....
but it looks as if they pulled on their dresses over their nighties....!
Did you know that their eyes are two inches diameter? And that they can make steps of about five yards? Try to outrun them!
This one is also taking part .....a real grass head...;o)
Our neighbours are going to decide who is the most beautiful...!
Hello, welcome to my blog! My name is Jane. I was born in Holland, but have been in Britain for more than 30 years.
I am a Christian, and love Biblestudy, reading, writing, painting, quilting, embroidery, spinning, weaving, gardening and classical music, especially J.S.Bach. And I fell in love with sheep when we lived in Scotland and had some sheep of our own! I am married to an Englishman, and have two children.
I hope you will enjoy my blog, and leave a comment!
"But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the LORD hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind." Job 12:7-10
